Balmain Tigers on the search for Reserves Coach

The Balmain Australian Football Club is seeking a person to assume the position of Division Three Coach.

Balmain says “We pride our self on being the AFL club of the Inner West and we provide an environment where positive relationships are built on the back of a strong leadership programme, adherence to our core values and community engagement.

“Our newly elected board represents a vast spectrum of interests and expertise, and the immediate future for the club is extremely bright, but perhaps dimmed only by our vision for the long term.

“Ideally, the successful applicant has a strong knowledge of Australian Rules Football and is eager to bring a collaborative approach to building a successful club. We would be very open to a person who has worked in other sports in any capacity as this would provide an opportunity for our club to gain a different perspective on a variety of subjects.”

The club trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and availability for both of these sessions would be beneficial, although Thursday is the only absolute requirement as the Match Committee sits for team selection.
