Boy, Oh Boy Wowee of the Week – Week 11

THE WEEK ELEVEN BOY, OH BOY WOWEE OF THE WEEK GOES TO…

Sydney University for a Tristian Davies Hanger in Premier Division. Tristan had a day out at Sydney University Oval on the weekend, not only kicking 8 goals, but he also took a fantastic mark late in the game! As Bruce McAvaney would say…‘Delllllicioussssss’.

For this fine effort we give Tristan Davies and Sydney University the Week 11 Boy, Oh Boy Wowee of the Week.

NOTEWORTHY NOMINATIONS GO TO…

St George Dragons for a healthy sibling rivalry. Over the weekend St George player Nick Ryan kicked a massive 10 goals in Premier Division. This was an outstanding achievement for Nick, however his brother Lachlan wasn’t impressed with the all the attention Nick was receiving. Lachlan is the Captain-Coach of the St George Men’s Division Two side, and wanted to also highlight his own memorable performance.

Keep plugging away at it Lachy! You now have something better than 10 goals, you have a Boy oh Boy Wowee of the Week nomination.

Southern Power for their unconventional overseas training methods. This week, five of the Southern Power Women’s Premier Division team are on a ski trip to New Zealand. Rather than take a week off relaxing on the slopes, the girls have continued to train in the snow! For these red hot skills, we give Southern Power’s ‘Favourites’ a Boy Oh Boy of the Week nomination.

Five of the Power girls are in NZ this week for a ski trip but have still managed to get their hands on the footy, maintaining their fitness in the gym with recovery in the spa after 😝 #footyislife Good work @ash88lee @mpod6 @_pico_sanchez @mellllllc @lyndelmcmartin
