Nomination Details

Reason for nomination this round:

Kara debuted in the Premier Division team this season in Round 2, having only played 8 games of football before that. Kara showed herself as an extremely dominant player in Round 7, working extremely setting up multiple goal opportunites, and even kicking a goal herself. As a relatively new player, Kara stood out against far more experienced players to earn herself a spot in Sydney Uni’s bests on ground for Round 7.

Coach quote on Performance:

Kara, playing half forward flank, worked extremely hard to get herself into the game. She exposed the opposition defences on numerous occasions, with forward 50 entry kicks setting up a goal and scoring one herself after losing her marker. She played the perfect team player role with great contributions all over the park.- Yucel Celenk, Womens Premier Division Head Coach
