How long have you been coaching for?
I’ve been involved in coaching for 5 years and this year was my first year in charge of the U19 program.
What drove you to become a coach?
Drive the development of the next generation of U19s coming through and to help UTS get back to the powerhouse it was.
Favourite AFL Sydney coaching moment, why?
Coming from behind to beat Pennant Hills, on our home ground, on ladies day was a real highlight.
Is there an AFL Coach you model your coaching style off? If yes, why?
Not really. My coaching style is based on my passion for footy.
Do you have any pre-game coaching superstitions/ routines?
Love a team chat in the centre circle
What is one piece of advice you would give to young, up and coming coaches?
Your players will be the product of your environment. Your team’s passion and dedication will match yours.

Harley’s motivational quarter and halftime gee up speeches. Up there with the best.

What does this coach bring to your club?
The big man is not known for his balance but in coaching he finds the perfect balance between being your mate and being an honest teacher.
