Heidi is an amazing team player. She had an injury interrupted preseason and yet continued to show up to support the squad and her team mates. Heidi is known for being the ultimate team player.
What role do they play for the club both on and off the field?
Heidi is a hard working junior footballer, always looking for ways to improve and develop. As a junior, she plays a leadership development role by taking “Heidi’s drill” at training among senior players.
Reason for nomination this round:
Heidi returned to play in Round 7 after her second injury for the season. She played as a Rover and in the Forward Pocket. Heidi was our highest possession winner with 22 disposals (15 contested) and 3 goals. She was awarded best on ground for North Shore for taking the game on and her hard work at the face of the contest.
