Former Tiger signs on as Assistant Coach
The UNSW/ES Bulldogs are delighted to announce tenured coach and player, Mark Dragicevic, will join the club as the Premier Division Assistant Coach.
In a massive coup for the club, the former Richmond player will bring a wealth of experience, which will be invaluable to the playing group.
Dragicevic is looking forward to working closely with head coach and ex-teammate Steven Pollock on the development of an outstanding group of talented juniors and long term club men at UNSW/ES.
“Mark is a fantastic experienced addition to our coaching ranks and underpins the club’s commitment to developing our junior pathway program to Premier Division level within the Sydney AFL competition”, said Club President, Stephen Dunkley, in announcing the appointment.
“Having been involved in the game for nearly 20 years as both an elite player and a senior coach, he will offer us a level of professionalism and experience across the board”
“Given he is also the Assistant Coach of the GWS Giants Women’s AFL team, which features four of our talented Stingrays players, he’ll also be a terrific mentor for our women as they look to defend their premiership in 2016”
Bulldogs and Stingrays players and Club Executives will welcome Dragicevic down at training this Wednesday, 1 February at David Phillips Oval.
