Holroyd Parramatta Australian Football Club Coaching Position
The Holroyd Parramatta Australian Football Club (The Goannas) is seeking expressions of interest for a senior coach for the 2018 season.
Our football club is an established and successful community based AFL club in Sydney, NSW, located in the demographic heart of the western metropolitan region and based at Gipps Road Oval, Greystanes.
We have participated in 9 of the last 11 1st Grade finals series and our facility boasts excellent 300 lux lighting and a large social room. Our juniors are a strong and growing force that provide a stream of quality players to our young list. We will field a First Grade (currently Division 1), Reserve Grade (currently Division 3), Third Grade* and an Under 19s team in 2018.
Applicants should have a successful playing and/or coaching record and demonstrate a passion for the development of individuals, team/club culture and on field success. The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to successfully engage with existing lower grades coaching staff, club administrators, sponsors and supporters to facilitate the club’s prosperity and the player’s skills development in the context of successful game results. The successful applicant will be required to provide strong leadership behaviours and provide a positive example to the players across the grades.
