| Mixture of 20 years in Junior and Senior Football in SA and NSW and into my 4th year as senior coach at Manly Warringah. | ||
| What drove you to become a coach? | ||
| I enjoy imparting the knowledge that I learned during my career onto young players and creating friendships with the playing group. | ||
| Favourite AFL Sydney coaching moment, why? | ||
| 2018 Elimination Final win and seeing the enjoyment of the win on the players. | ||
| Is there an AFL Coach you model your coaching style off? If yes, why? | ||
| No not really, I generally try to use bits and pieces from all coaches. | ||
| Do you have any pre-game coaching superstitions/ routines? | ||
| No, game day is the players day and a time for them to enjoy playing the game, | ||
| What is one piece of advice you would give to young, up and coming coaches? | ||
| Don’t let your frustrations show and always act in a composed positive manner with passionate communication. | ||

| The club is very privileged to have a coach like Andrew, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a cool calm head to our playing group in what has been a very challenging last couple of years. |
