What role do they play for the club both on and off the field?

Fokesy is incredibly hard working and does all the little things to get the most out of himself. He is one of our best trainers and is a very loveable and well liked characters at the club.

Reason for nomination this round:

Fokesy has overcome a lot of adversity in recent years not limited to significant injury at inopportune times. His speed, intent and impact in Round 3 and 18 touches earned him the players player award and was easily in our best players.

Coach quote on Performance:

The role of a small, high half-forward is one of the toughest in football. To do it well and be recognised by your peers in that role when you are only 17 is quite incredible. Fokesy demonstrated his talent in only his 3rd game of prems football. He has a very bright future with the Eagles and will be an integral part of our future success.
