Coach quote on Performance:
“Abbie made her senior debut in our first game this season and has held her position since.
Abbie’s willingness to learn and enthusiasm for our game is tremendous. She works hard on her own game and is always looking to improve.
Spending a lot of time in the ruck as a junior she has played in every position on the field this year and does it without question, in fact she thrives when given any opportunity to learn about the game and has become an important member of our senior squad.
Her physicality and skill were on show in our recent game where she burst out of several contests with the ball and is also taking it at speed. She is a great overhead mark and has adapted to the speed of senior footy.
Abbie is a credit to her junior club and family who have guided her to being a senior footballer with an exciting future” – Peter Robertson (Manly Warringah Wolves – Women’s Premier Division Coach).
