Reason for nomination this round:
A standout performance on ball in only his second game of Premier Division football. In a best on ground performance, he was our leading clearance winner, had an elevated tackle count and had extended minutes on ball with a depleted bench due to injury. Exceptional performance.

“Daniel showcased all his weapons in his Round 8 performance. He was a standout performer, was our BOG and demonstrated how damaging he is at the contest and in general play. It’s hard to believe he is only 17 and only in his 2nd game of Premier Division Football. He has a very bright future ahead and as a national level cricketer, is a genuinely elite sportsperson.”
