What role do they play for the club both on and off the field? As our youngest premier division player, keeping the average age down!
The night before the game what will they most likely be doing? Relaxing at home watching footy or Netflix
Do they have any pre-game superstitions? Put the left sock and boot on followed by the right and a ribbon in my hair.
Reason for nomination this round: Senna is nominated for her best on ground performance in the tough game against UTS Shamrocks. She played both in the midfield and in the backline, stepping up her role to be a major influence on the game.
Coach quote on Performance:
“Having turned just 17 in April, Senna decided to further develop her burgeoning football career by playing full time senior football at the UNSW Eastern Suburbs Bulldogs in 2018. She played 5 games in 2017 and is one of only 13 Women’s Premier Division Premiership players remaining in the 2018 squad.
Recently having played in the NSW/ACT team in the U18 national championships, Senna is now settling into her role across half back where she is key to rebounding from defence into attack with her clean skills. Her decision making and composure under pressure are developing and further appearances as a midfield rotation in the back half of the season are likely.
Senna is a respected member of the Women’s Premier Division squad and is set to be a future star of the game at both the local and representative level.”
