Boy, Oh Boy Wowee of the Week – Week 12

THE WEEK TWELVE BOY, OH BOY WOWEE OF THE WEEK GOES TO…

The Manly Warringah Wolves and the St George Dragons for hitting two major milestones over the weekend. The Dragons celebrated their 90th anniversary, while the Wolves celebrated their 50th as both clubs played on their home decks. Each wore special commemorative playing jumpers to mark the occasion. Looking schmick, fellas! Congratulations Wolves and Dragons.

NOTEWORTHY NOMINATIONS GO TO…

Wollondilly Knights for their ‘Proud to be Pink Day’. The Knights donned the pink socks as they raised money for the McGrath Foundation with all funds raised going towards the crucial work of the charity. Well done Wollondilly, pink suits you!

The Western Magic for a familiar face appearing at their ‘Back to Blacktown’ Day. The Western Magic celebrated in style as Sydney Swans star, Isaac Heeney dropped by to help the club commemorate this special day. Will the ‘Heeney Cut’ be the new fashionable hair-do in Blacktown?
