Coaching Opportunities: Nor-West Jets AFC

 

Nor-West Jets Australian Football Club are seeking new Head Coaches for their first and reserve grade teams for the 2021 season. The Jets are a proud Sydney club, with history dating back to it’s Hawkesbury Saints AFC roots. After a challenging 2020 season and with an exciting mixture of young and more experienced players, the club is looking to expand and rise to the challenges ahead. Nor-West are striving for success on the football field and are looking for appointment of new coaching staff in 2021 that have the same vision to succeed and grow the playing list.

The successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

• – Great communication skills with the playing group and football committee
• – Ability to implement game plans and structures
• – Strong leadership skills
• – Willingness and ability to develop players of various abilities and experience

All coaches expressing their interest in the coaching positions must have their Level 1 coaching accreditation or be prepared to complete this prior to the 2020 season (the club will reimburse any expenses for this course). Previous coaching experience is desirable however the club will consider all suitable applicants.
