The Campbelltown Blues for nominating club legend, Kyle ‘Plugger’ Bradley after kicking his 200th goal for the club. Plugger is the 2018 Men’s Division Three Coach and won the 2017 AFL Sydney Apted Medal and Division Five Leading Goal Kickers Medal. Congrats Plugs, we’ll chat again when you hit the 1,300+ mark like your namesake!
NOTEWORTHY NOMINATIONS
UNSW Eastern Suburbs for their one-point win in Women’s Premier Division in Jemma Still’s 250th game. The win is good and all, but the Doggies topped off their nomination by gifting Jemma with a commemorative Dane Rampe’esque customised robe. We hope you’ve taken this look to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Jemma!
Sydney University for Braydon Pilot’s outstanding haircut. Rumors say his business at the front and party in the back haircut has been tactically groomed to win him votes on the field and help him win BOG honours off the field. Not sure it will help much in those departments, but it’s won a Boy, Oh Boy Wowee of the Week nomination…same diff?
UNSW Eastern Suburbs for their thrilling one-point Men’s Premier Division win over Sydney University. It was a match that went right down to the wire as the Bulldogs took down the Students at Henson Park…and didn’t the boys love it. This was one of four matches for UNSW Eastern Suburbs to finish within one-point during Round 6. Unbelievable. Congrats, Doggies.
Boy, Oh Boy Wowee of the Week is looking to honour special moments from all AFL Sydney divisions including – but not limited to – clutch marks, terrible haircuts, funny moments, after the siren victories, best fans, anything notable that has happened at your club during the week. The weekly winner will receive a brand new Sherrin for their club and the overall winner for the year, will receive a $300 Sherrin voucher for their club’s use. It is important that your nominations come with either a photo or video for the judges to be able to determine a winner.
