What is your role around the club?        
Canteen manager
How did you become involved at the club?
I ended up spending a fair amount of time at the club watching my son and daughter play and would always end up in the canteen chatting and gradually started helping out when I could. I was impressed with the club’s tight knit family culture and the way they come together to support each other and was more than happy to be a part of that.
How long have you been involved with the club?
Since 2018
What drives you most to volunteer at your local AFL Sydney club?
I love AFL and love being part of that community. Everyone who volunteers at the club does it because of their love of the game, love of the club and what it stands for. I am very happy to be involved in any capacity in the club
Most memorable moment at the club?
Watching my son play in his first senior club grand final
What are you missing most about the footy club during lockdown?
The banter!
What TV show is getting you through lockdown?
The AFL and Olympics at the moment, although Netflix is getting a work out
Where is the first place you would visit once travel restrictions lift?
The Mediterranean
Who is your tip to win the 2021 AFL Premiership and Brownlow medal?
Forever optimistic – Essendon! Realistically, Bulldogs. Parish for Brownlow
Usual coffee order?
Large flat white

Rhys Vance and Kathryn Hull they put in so much time to the club and are always there for everyone

Why are they such a valued part of the club?
Nicky is often at our games days from the very start to the end of the day for pack up. we really can’t thank her enough for all the time and effort she puts into our club. We appreciate everything she has done for southern power.
