Camden Cats Senior Women’s Head Coach – Apply Now

 

 

The Camden Cats Senior Australian Football Club is seeking applications for their First Grade Women’s (Division 1) coaching position for the 2021 season.

After a successful 2020 campaign that saw the team reach the Division 1 Women’s Grand Final, the club is looking for an experienced and passionate AFL coach that can help the team go one better in 2021.

Coaching applicants must demonstrate:

• – the ability to teach the fundamentals of AFL through game based scenarios;
• – capability to develop players with different levels of experience and ability;
• – a strong understanding of modern strategies and tactics of AFL;
• – proven ability to create a team culture that is both enjoyable and inclusive; and
• – the ability to work closely together with the club’s Division 3 Women’s Coach.

 

Successful applicants will possess a positive outlook, be a great communicator and motivator, and be hands-on with coaching.

All coaching applicants will require a minimum Level 1 coaching certification or be willing to attain that certification prior to the start of the 2021 season.
